We are seeking a motivated Optometrist who is eager to grow clinically, particularly in dry eye disease management and myopia control. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build meaningful expertise while delivering thoughtful, patient-focused care.
New graduates are welcome if they bring curiosity, humility, and a strong desire to learn or desire mentorship and training

Schedule & Patient Care
● Flexible scheduling available. As of Feb 1 looking for Tues, Sat, Sun
● Primary need is weekends (mainly Sundays) and evenings between 11 to 8pm
● Approximately 15–20 patients per day on weekends (20 min schedule) adaptable based on personal capability/preference
● Structured clinic flow that prioritizes quality care and patient education over rushed exams

● Additional languages
● Interest in learning and developing specialty skills
● Comfort with open discussion, feedback, and continuous improvement
● Sales experience related to optical products is a plus but not required.
● Willingness to “find it, fix it, and own it” in a supportive, blame-free environment
