Our seven clinics include six full-scope primary care practices in Mill Woods, Terwillegar, Leduc, Oxford, Grange, and Crystallina, plus a dedicated vision therapy centre.

Your role
· Conduct comprehensive eye examinations, manage ocular disease, and develop individualized treatment plans.
· Prescribe spectacles, contact lenses, and specialty lenses; provide dry eye care and myopia management.
· Use OCT, OPTOS retinal imaging, visual fields, and meibography to guide clinical decisions.
· Co-manage glaucoma, retinal, and surgical patients with ophthalmologists and referring physicians.
· Identify and refer binocular vision and neuro-optometric cases to our vision therapy centre.
· Explain eye health, treatment options, and preventive care clearly; build lasting patient relationships.
· Maintain accurate clinical records and collaborate with clinic teams to provide a smooth patient experience.
· Stay current with clinical best practices and advances in optometry.
Qualifications and fit
· Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited institution.
· Licensed or eligible for licensure with the Alberta College of Optometrists, with TPA certification.
· Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and a commitment to ethical, patient-centred care.
· Clear, compassionate communication and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
· Professionalism, reliability, and an interest in continued learning.

Equipment and specialty services
· OCT and OPTOS retinal imaging in every clinic, plus automated visual fields.
· Dry eye assessment and care: meibography, Oculus K5M assessments and topography, intense pulsed light (IPL), and radiofrequency (RF) treatments.
· IPL and RF aesthetic treatments; Plexr for in-office blepharoplasty and ocular tissue procedures.
· MacuMira treatment for macular degeneration and Oculus Myopia Master for myopia management.
· Scleral and specialty contact lens fitting.
· Dedicated vision therapy centre for binocular vision, amblyopia, and post-concussion rehabilitation.
